How do I setup my mail on my mobilephone after my mail has been moved to Microsoft cloud?
When you mail is been moved to ExchangeOnline, your phone will stop receiving mails, when the change is happening. Therefore you have to remove your current mailaccount and set it up again afterwards.
How to remove your mailaccount from your phone (choose one of the following):
- Android: Remove account form Android – Support-IT Network (sit.dk)
- iPhone: Remove account from iPhone – Support-IT Network (sit.dk)
