If you cannot sign in to your mail through the Outlook app on your smartphone, then you have to delete your mail account and set it up again afterwards. Below you can see how to delete the account.
Press Indbox in the upper left corner (1). Click on the symbol for settings in the lower left corner (2).
Select your email account (3). Click Delete account (4).
