How do I change my certificate, so it is not be used for Secure Mail?
Prerequisites:
- You have an employee signature and it is registered so it is possible to use Secure Mail.
- You have installed and activated your NemID employee signature on the server.
Go to http://medarbejdersignatur.dk. Choose Log på selvbetjening (1) logon as NemID administrator.
Select Administrér medarbejdere (2) at the menu to the left.
Select the user (3) who must have removed the Secure Mail option.
Click on Vis detaljer (4) under Signaturdetaljer.
Remove the checkmark Vis certifikat i offentlig certifikatdatabase (5). Click Save (6).
Afterwards click Confirm (7).
Click OK (8).
The user may receives within 10 minutes. an email from Nets with instructions on how to renew the certificate.
