How do I load my backup of my digital NemID certificates?
Open the folder NemID Certificate (1) on your desktop. The folder contains a backup of the NemID certificates you stored on your old server.
If you did not create a backup of your NemID certificates before the move, then please log into the old system and create a backup of your NemID certificates. To do this, follow the NemID Certificate Backupguide. When you have created the backup contact Support-IT Networks Hotline per email support@sit.dk or phone (+45) 70230028.
Right click on the backup and choose Åbn med (2) Google Chrome (3).
Press Download NemID Key File Program (4).
Press Install the extension (5).
Close Google Chrome and open the NemID backup by right-clicking on the backup and choose Åbn med (6) Google Chrome (7).
Select Load NemID certificate (8).
Enter the password for your NemID certificate (9), and click OK (10).
Enter the password again in the two fields shown (11, 12). Click OK (13).
Press OK (14) to "Your key is now loaded".
If you have multiple NemID certificates, repeat the process for each of your NemID certificates.
