How do I open a calendar that my colleague has shared with me?
Open Outlook (1)
Open Calendar (2)
Click the Folder tab (3). Click Open calendar (4) and select Open shared calendar... (5).
Click on Name... (6).
Select the user whose calendar you want to open (7). Click Add Add (8) Click OK (9).
Click OK (10) to add the calendar to your Outlook.
Repeat the process to add more calendars.
