Add an extra mailbox

How do I add a shared mailbox to Outlook?


Open Outlook and go to the File tab in the upper left corner (1). 

Click on Account Settings... (2).

Click on Change... (3).

Select More settings (4).

Click the Advanced tab (5). Select Add... (6). Enter the email address for the mailbox you would like to add (7) and click OK (8). Click OK again (9).

Click Next (10).

Click Done (11).

Click Close (12).

Close the Outlook application completely and open it again afterwards,

The added mailbox will now appear.
