How do I change my password, if I forgot my password to the Remote Desktop or if my password is expired?
If you forgot your password to the Remote Desktop then you have to contact Support-IT to reset your password. Afterwards pleace follow the guide below.
Open the following URL: https://mail.hosit.dk
Enter your email address (1) and password (2)
Press Enter or click Sign in (3)
Enter your email address (4)
Enter your current password (5)
Enter your new password (6)
Enter your new password again (7)
Press Enter or click Send (8)
Click OK (9)
You will now return to picture 1.
Close the browser and sign in to the Remote Desktop.
