How do I access my Adobe program if the program starts with error message?
To complete this guide, you must have license the Adobe application you want to access.
Follow the instructions if you get the following error message: We can't verify your subscription status
Open the Adobe application Creative Cloud (1).
Log off Creative Cloud application. Click on the round icon at the top right corner (2) and then Sign out (3).
Press Continue (4).
Right click on the taskbar at the screen bottom (5) and choose Task Manager (6)
If the window looks like this press More options (7), otherwise go to the next point.
Choose the tab Details (8), find and mark Creative Cloud.exe (9) click End job (10).
Press End process (11).
Start a random Adobe application e.g. InDesign or PhotoShop. After logging in the problem should be solved.
