Exchange mail on iPhone

How do I set up mail on my iPhone (iSO 11)?


Go to Settings, and choose Passwords & accounts.

Press Add account, and select Exchange (1). Fill out the formular with your email address and description (2).

Press Next (3).

Select Configure manually (4).

Enter the Password (5) for your email account and click next (6).

In Server enter mail.hosit.dk (7).
Domain do not fill.
In User name enter your email address (8).

Press Next (9)

Select what to sync (10) and click Save (11).

If you choose to sync contacts and there are contacts on your phone already, you will be asked if you want to keep them or delete them.

If you choose to keep them (12), you will be notified that you risk getting more of the same contact.

If you choose to delete them (13), you will be notified that your exsisting contacts will be deleted from your phone.

CONTACTS
If you want contacts created on the phone to be automatically created in the mail account / Outlook too, the new mail account must be selected as default for Contacts.

Select Settings, and choose Contacts. Choose Default account (14). Under Default account choose your new mail account (15).

CALENDAR
If you want calendar appointments created on your phone to be visible in your mail account / Outlook, the new mail account must be selected as default Calendar account.

Select Settings, and choose Calendar. Choose Default account (16). Under Default account choose your new mail account (17).

Notice

Once you have ensured that the mail account is set up correctly, delete your old mail account on the phone. To do this go to Settings > Passwords & accounts, choose your old mail account and click Delete account.
